I played with both in the store last year as I had a $10 coupon and the lunch items were also on sale and I briefly thought about the Planet Box, but honestly other than it taking up the entire Mackenzie lunch box (ie: a juice box won't fit) I don't have anything bad to say about the PBK Spencer box. I think it is much more user friendly and DD2 (and DD1) have both loved them and DD2 has had no problems with it.
