Rope handrail for stairs

I want to install a rope handrail on our stairs. Does anyone know where I can order one? I have no idea how to go about it.

A simple google search brought back some places like this

Know nothing about them though.

I do know that in some areas a rope handrail does not meet minimum code, just something to think about. We had a rope handrail in our last house going to the basement. The inspector was sure to point out it didn't meet code when we bought the place.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately it's not in the USA so shipping is crazy expensive. I've found a few others also outside of the USA. I'm hoping someone can recommend something in-country.
