Any thoughts on decreasing PMS breast pain?

I cut out caffeine a month ago, I wear a supportive bra... And am totally having a cycle where my breasts are killing me. Day 4 of pain, and can't handle a bra at this point. They aren't swollen, there isn't an infection, I haven't pumped for ages now (10 months or so since ending pumping), no chance of pregnancy (not sexually active). Just a epically bad cycle with killer breast pain.

Ideas on how to make it better?

I feel your pain, and wish I had an answer for you. I went from the pain for about a week, to pain for over 2 weeks a month. Then this last cycle no pain, no cramps. For me, I am wondering if I am beginning menopause.

Vitamin E and Magnesium are supposed to help, but I haven't tried this. Ibuprofen regularly also can decrease the pain.

Good luck.
