So after realizing that I had a high leak after nearly 24 hours of pitocin-induced labor not progressing, the doc broke my fore bag and put me back on the pit drip last night at 6. By 12:30 this morning I was 7 cm, and within 15 minutes I was fully dilated and ready to push.

DS2 was born at 1:01 this morning after 4 or 5 pushes. He's 3 weeks early and only 6 pounds, 7 ounces and 19 inches. But he's perfectly healthy and we've had lots of bonding time. Nursing hasn't been great because he was a little early and so sleepy today, but I know it'll come together.

Ah, what a cutie! Congratulations! I totally feel you on the early sleepy baby-- DS1 was 2 weeks early and soooo sleepy. We had lots of nursing issues and jaundice. I hope you're DS starts waking on his own and that the nursing kinks get smoothed out soon.
