Can you recommend a comfy and cute pair of gladiator sandals? I am in need of a new pair. I have a cheap target pair that are ok but I can't wear them all day.

These Gentle Souls sandals are pricey but the most comfy sandals I have ever worn:

I am considering the Ecco Groove. They aren't a true gladiator style but they are close and are supposed to be very comfortable. The Ecco Odense is cute too.

I'm wearing these right now and I love them!!! I got a taupe color close to my skin tone so the strap doesn't have as much of the "cut your leg line" effect and they are so comfy (and I have finicky wide-ish feet). I snagged them for only $60 on myhabit, otherwise they are pricey...I like that they are not so "gladiator-y" with the asymmetrical lines and look great with skirt, dresses, jeans, shorts...and will even be fine for work with trousers. They were on garnet hill until a couple days ago...

eta: found some pics of models wearing it on garnet hill:

This thread is going to be expensive for me. I have been contemplating some gladiator sandals, and love the Gentle Souls ones!!

The Gentle Souls are super comfy, but I found them kind of flimsy (especially for the price). I felt like i would rip out the straps just by walking in them! I ended up returning them even though I got them at almost half price at Athleta. I bought these Ahnu Maia (http://www.eddiebauer.com/catalog/product.jsp?ensembleId=44364&prodsearch=6&oessoa=6056261&cm_mmc=GooglePLA-_-Women%27s%20Shoes|Sandals-_-1119906-_-NA) sandals instead (a quasi gladiator) and am happy with them. Great for walking in. They're starting to go on sale, so I might get another color (I got the black from Zappos, but the silver at EB or the grey at Athleta are fun too!)

The Gentle Souls one is cute!

And I have had the Ahnu and Ecco ones in my amazon cart for months now. haha.

I got this cheap gladiator-ish sandal (Nordstrom and Amazon has them): http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009CF3XMG/ref=ox_sc_act_title_8?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER. I have freakishly wide feet and they fit very well! I don't think normal sized feet would be swimming in them either. I think it's the way the straps are designed. They are pretty comfortable too considering the lack of support. I got the green and brown pair.

wow you guys have great choices. I love the Ahnu and the ecco ones. I guess I am liking more of the quasi gladiator style. I might head out tomorrow to dillards or nordstrom and see what they have. I always wear boring flip flops and it's time to be a little more fashionable.

Just bought my first pair. They are super comfy. Like twowhat?s sandals, I got the brown pair and they are lighter than they look online and very much my skin tone color. The gold buckles are a nice brushed gold. I lucked up on them at TJ Maxx. They had them in a denim blue color too that was nice.

I got those in black a couple weeks ago. Extremely comfortable even though not leather, I have terrible fussy flat skinny feet with slight bunions and need lots of support. They were very comfy from the start, no rubbing, blisters etc, feel secure and make my feet look pretty good ;).
