How do you adjust harness height on the Snap 4?

I can't get the pieces through the plastic in the back. How do you do it? I need it for a newborn now.

I love the push though. Much smoother than the City Mini I have now.

There is a zipper on the side, where you can stick your hand in. You do need to use some force sometimes to push the bucket through the holes. They really should provide better instruction for this part. Im surprised to hear that it has a better push than City Mini, glad I got this one then.

It's easier to un-velcro the top of the seat from behind and do it through there, but be careful not to snag your clothing or the mesh at the top of the seat. The buckle can go through with its full width, so all you have to do is tip it forward (no need to twist).

I noticed the zipper right away. My problem is pushing the clips through the plastic.
