My mom has been cancer free since her surgery last summer. She had another round of chemo and has been resting and regaining her strength since February. Then suddenly this week, her CA 19-9 was close to 4000 and her scan showed a few nodules in her lungs and 1 in the omentum. We were really, really hoping this wouldn't happen, even though we knew it was possible. She starts chemo on Tuesday. I know most people need their parents forever, but I have 3 unmarried siblings and my youngest brother is only 19. If anyone has any prayers to spare they would be appreciated.

P&PT this hits close to home. Hope your mom manages through the whole chemo and comes out fine on the other side. HUGS it is so hard (my mom is a stage IV colon cancer survivor).
