We were at the beach this weekend and I was wearing a pair of regular old shorts to play in the sand and shallow water (wore bikini bottoms in the ocean). I would really like to find a better alternative - one that ideally I can wear over my regular swim bottoms (I know a lot of the swim shorts have a built in panty which I guess could work but might be uncomfortable). Does anyone have something like this they love? I saw a few promising options on Athleta and the Aqua Terra shorts at LE but they get bad reviews
