When did you turn into such a butt???
Not that he hasn't been driving me crazy of late and I'm sure I'm already grumpy in that department. But this was just another thing to rub me the wrong way.
Friends of ours that are married are going out for the wife's birthday. The husband is setting it all up so he is the one who texted me. DH says "wonder why you haven't heard from "wife"? ". Really DH? Just because *you* would tell me I could pick a place to go out and then let me handle all the details doesn't mean someone else's husband does. No, some husbands find a place to go, make reservations, make arrangements for childcare then surprise their wife with a nice evening.
I know he was not the least bit concerned that her husband texted me - we all know there is no concern in any way. He was just being dense. Argh!!!!
