When's the best time to buy school uniforms?

Hi all! For the first time, my son who is 3 will be needing a school uniform for the Fall. So I was wondering when is the best time to buy? The uniform he'll wearing is sold at Land's End but is just the basic navy/khaki pant and white/navy/grey polo. When and where (Land's End and others) is the best sale prices? Thanks in advance!

When LE has a 30-40% off sale, which you just missed. Keep your eyes peeled. Also, be on the look out for Costco to get some in. Usually in late July.

Thanks everyone for the info. In case anyone wanted to know, I asked customer service about the Land's End sale and it ends on Tuesday at 11:59 Central time.
