I can't believe how simple this was to make, and how delicious it was- everyone gobbled it up!!
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE TRIFLE
Ingredients:
Whipped cream
Milk
Chocolate chip cookies (I used a no-name brand crunchy kind)
Garnish of some sort (I just used chocolate chips)
- In a large glass bowl or trifle dish spread a layer of whipped cream
- Pour milk in a shallow dish or bowl. Briefly dip cookies in the milk, and put a layer of cookies on top of the whipped cream.
- Continue making layers of whipped cream and dipped cookies, ending with whipped cream.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Put in the fridge until you eat it (best for it to sit for a few hours so the cookies get really soft).
SOOOOO yummy!!!!!!!!
p.s. Easy to make a non-dairy version, using Nutriwhip (non-dairy whipped cream), soy milk, and non-dairy cookies and chocolate chips (labelled 'parve' in the kosher food section).
