They send you coupons or coupon links in your email. I just got an email from them for a free shutterfly book. Also, if you save diaper points from the codes in the packages you can cash them in for prizes. Lately they've had Amazon gift cards. I've also gotten an inflatable bathtub and a few other things from cashing in my points.

I have gotten a few free things from the rewards like Potty seats, wipes, $5 Amazon gift card, step stool, and toys. Totally worth it as it is free to sign up and only a tiny hassle to enter codes to get free items.
