Best non-umbrella car/mall stroller

Hi Mommies (and the occasional dads),

I need some ideas on a possible new stroller for my 15 month old. I have the bee+ and love love love the push, I'm finding myself bored and wanting to try something new for my car/mall stroller, and hopefully replace my techno as my travel stroller....thus reducing the # in my stroller fleet.

Can't be an umbrella stroller
One handed manuevering
good sized basket
Less than 20 lbs
Not tippy
Good/Excellent canopy
Doesn't have to be reversible

I've tried the BJCM, and just can't stand the looks of the snap (sorry snap lovers).
Does this even exist or am I just dreaming?

Either of these would be great I think. The push on the Emotion is AWESOME but the handle is a little low so I'm not sure it would work for a tall person. It was fine for me and I am 5'7'' but my hubby is 6'4'' so we didn't get it.
