If you haven't tried whipped cream in try it! So easy and so good! And chocolate whipped cream is even better! It really only takes 12 seconds, I add a few tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa for chocolate.

I think I have finally found my reason to get a Vitamix, LOL. I need to try adding cocoa to my usual homemade whipped cream; thanks for the idea!

We love maple syrup mixed with our whipped cream, especially for Belgium waffles.

Have you found an easy way to get the whipped cream out? I struggle with getting thick things out of the bottom of the vitamix... And am loath to waste what is below the blades, especially if making a small quantity.

I use the smallest one in the set, it's perfect size to scrape everything out.
