Home Depot Return Policy?

Hi, I purchased a sewing machine from HD maybe about 5 months ago but never removed it from the box, which is completely sealed. Can I still return it? Thank you.

Probably for store credit at least. If you put it on a credit card they can look up the purchase. In general I've found HD to be very accommodating of returns.

Thanks fr this thread. I bought a computer desk which is also still in the box as we changed our minds. I thought I was stuck with it but would love to try returning it.

I just returned something from February 2012 last week! I was returning other stuff and figured it was worth a try. I had the receipt.
