Can you tell me about Kinderwagon?

We were at a children's museum and I saw a Kinderwagon stroller. It caught my attention because there were two seats, one on top and behind the other that was reclined (toddler was sleeping). I vaguely recall hearing them mentioned once or twice around here, and gather that they are not a brand sold in the US. I'm just curious about them, can you tell me more?

ETA: It looked like this one http://kinderwagon.com/. So I guess they are sold in the US? I have never heard much about them.

I considered one but heard that the push wasn't good and the seats were really short. It also wasn't good for a newborn so I never got it. I feel like it would be okay with twins over 6-8 months or kids really close together once they can both sit up but once they start to get bigger and heavier I think it's not so great.
