Target toy clearance has begun!

Found several end caps of toys at 30% off but even better deals marked 50% but mixed in the aisles. Star Wars, Leap Pad ebooks, Discovery Kids science projects and more. Also found some great deals on Kid Made Modern art kits. My gift closet is stocked again. Happy hunting!

Found the Jake and the NeverLand Pirates skull playset at $12.xx -- 50% off. It was mixed in with the regular stuff. Noticed some games at 50% also. Thanks for the heads up, OP!

We happened into a target this morning on our travels and DD found a M&D cut crease and create paper kit for $2.08. It has kept her busy on the drive! (Scissors needed-she's 7)

Also pet pals2 ultra e book for 9.98 (but only works on leappad, not our other explorers) blokus to go for $10.

my daughter (5.5) LOVES that m&d cut and crease book....so much so that i'd be interested in another one, especially on sale- cool :) it definitely keeps the kiddos busy and the "projects" are cute :) i saw blokus to go at one of our targets today but they had so many that i'm hoping for 70% ;)

I went today and saw the skull play set a PP mentioned. Also an Imaginext t-Rex set for $30. They had some assorted Lego sets, but I was most excited to find a few Laser Pegs accessories for 50% off.

Yay! I went to a different Target today (Memorial City Mall) and they had lots of the Jake Skull playsets at half price. I bought one for us and one for a friend, but there were still about 8 left.

No luck at 2 nearby Targets. Only 15-30% off at my stores and only on a handful of endcaps. Nothing to interest my boys at all. I'll keep trying, I can see that they are starting to move the summer stuff and getting ready for Back to School stock.

We were at Target just a couple of days ago and clearance has started, but isn't really good yet. We too did not really see anything to interest out boys.

This is one of my favorite sales of the year! I don't always score big, but the prospect of refilling the gift closet inexpensively is fun. I will probably go later this week to see what the status is at our store.
