Have an interesting particular situation that I don't want to divulge the details of on a public forum, but have no idea where to start looking. I know it's a long shot, but anyone have suggestions? I'm in CA, but since it's a question about federal code, I'm not sure it matters.

Do you have a union? I would start there. Even if you don't have a union, perhaps you could contact a local rep of the unions for feds, like afge.

This site talks about which federal entities are linked to different unions.

Is EEO an option?
