I am selling a Dreamer Jogger that I bought off of CL when I had DS1. It has been in storage for quite sometime. For the life of me I can't figure out how to change the front tire from being fixed to swivel. It has sort of a bull pin in it. Help! I have someone coming to look at tomorrow. TIA
