Cory Monteith - RIP

I just heard about his death - he was Finn on Glee. He was 31.
I thought he was a really talented actor, he brought a genuine teen boy vulnerability to his character.
Foul play not suspected.
I know he'd been in rehab..... it is very sad to lose someone so young.

I saw something on my Facebook feed about it, and I thought for sure the person was mistaken. I was so shocked and sad to read that it was true!

I read there was no evident cause of death, so there will be an autopsy. Overdose or drug mix reaction (like Heath Ledger) seem likely. It's a shame when any young person dies- and I also think he was really talented- just a sad story overall.

Very sad. He was in rehab from March to April. Situations like this, Amy Winehouse, etc make me marvel how some people have cheated death hundreds of times...Lindsay Lohan, Robert Downy Jr, Charlie Sheen, etc.

I did not know he ever had drug problems, so I would doubly shocked to read this. I belive he had very limited roles before Glee, and I would have so liked to have seen what else he would have done in his career. Finn was such a boy-next-door character, and, although I thought he probably did it on purpose a bit, Cory also seemed to be that in the brief interviews I've seen with him. I've seen ever episode of Glee until this season and find it so hard to imagine him dead.

Unfortunately, there really is no justice/nor rhyme or reason as to who lives and who dies. Why Charlie Sheen has not killed himself is beyond me--actually its probably because he never really tried to rehab, thus he has always had a high tolerance!!
