Just landed in Hawaii and need to buy a car seat for my 4yo, super petite DD. There's a Target nearby. What's the inexpensive seat often recommended - is it a Cosco Scenario or something?

Scenera weight limit is 40 lbs. for forward facing. You said super petite so sounds like she's fine but just wanted to give you a heads up.
