DS is 4, and on the taller side. He has outgrown the size 5T pull on jeans that I bought last year. Where can I find boys pull-on jeans in sizes 5 or 6? I prefer an adjustable waist because he is thin. The Crazy 8 pull on jeans he tried last fall were way too wide in the waist. TIA.

They roll up really well. They also take a long time to get holes in the knees.

LE has 25% off kids with the Picnic code, but I am not sure it includes sale items.

I find the LE climber pants to run big in the waist so you might want to order slims.

Thank you both! I didnt realize that this pant is available in denim! I definitely think I will need to order a slim. They also seem to run a little short. DS is about 45.5 inches now. I guess he would wear the 6 now, but maybe I should by 7 for the fall/winter.

I agree that they run on the wider side. My slim (50th percentile for weight/80th for height) didn't like the slim. He found slims too binding; he prefers athletic pants, though, so maybe he is not the best judge. Are you close to Sears? I would order the 5 or 6 to see which one works better. You can always tighten the waist and roll the bottoms.

Yes, I do live close to Sears. I will see if the one by my house carries LE.

Or order a bunch and then return?

H&M occasionally has these adorable jeans that have a ribbed knit waistband. They're more jean-like than the LE climbers, which, to me, are more like denim pants in their styling, cute, but different than jeans. (DS has both LE climbers in denim and the H&M). When H&M have them I always buy a couple of pairs and buy ahead!

I was going to suggest H&M as well. I find their kids' clothes to be cut slim. H&M was the only place I had to take something back because they were too tight on DDs. I love their pull on jeans for girls, and I know they have them for boys as well.

Thank you! I live near an H & M so I will go by there this week.

I should add, the H&M jeans are almost always cuffed, so they're great for kids on the taller/slimmer side, because you can unroll the cuffs, and get more mileage out of them. They go up in size to at least an 8, as I recall.

Thank you all so much! I went by H&M and found some great jeans. Gymboree also had some pull-on jeans with a smaller waist, and they were having buy one, get 50% the second pair of jeans plus I had a coupon!
