DS1 learned his multiplication facts this past school year but is having problems now with retrieval. I need to get him completely up to speed asap. Any teachers or mathy types know of any songs or rhymes that will help him cement the facts? He has practiced games a ton and it's just not sticking but the child can memorize paragraphs or songs with ease. Please help!!! :praying:

Schoolhouse Rock taught me my times tables and I still remember all of the songs. :D I absolutely plan to get the complete DVD set once The Biscuit is old enough for television.

Seconding - we have the videos (SIL1 handed down) and my sister lent us the CD for 3rd grade (when our school covers the tables in depth).

City Creek Press has some good story-based products for multiplication, including a new singing Ipad book.
