Would you wear these with leggings/skinnies?

I need some short boots/booties for leggings and skinny jeans. I can do heels or wedges, but prefer something flatter so I can wear them every day. Would you wear these?

I love the Fryes the best. The most versatile of the three. I am very, very tempted to get them . . .

I think they work. But I kind of like "biker" boots for an edge to an outfit. I prefer the first two, the Fryes look like an awkward height to me. If you don't like a biker look, I'd go with the middle pair as they don't look biker to me.

ANY of those and now I want them! The first are my fave thenthe fryes. I wear mine with any tall leather boot I have in fall and here are my short go to's:

Ok, so the Frye look too tall to wear the way I want (based on the nordstroms pic with the model). I need something lower I think.
Anything I'm missing? I want something more like a bootie than short boot I think.
What are your go-to short bootie for leggings and skinnies? I wear a 9 or 9 1/2 so I think anything like cowgirl booties will make my feet look bigger.
