How do you get Crayola markers out of a t-shirt.

Peanut got a hold of the markers yesterday. These are not the new washable markers...these are crayolas I've had since college.

Just wondering if there is a preferred method for Crayolas? I can do rubbing alcohol, but I'm hesitant because it can lighten the shirt color as well.

You can also try hairspray, if you've got it, or a good pre-treater - I find the OxyClean gel is quite good, though very perfume-y, so do a double-rinse.

You can also try a pre-soak in very hot water & OxyClean or Borax.

Gee thanks! I never thought to look there. Stachio is just starting to get into coloring and crafts...so this is new territory for me! :)

the last time I checked their website, it said to use Clorox2 which I had never used. Worked quite well!

I pre-treat Oxi Clean laundry stain remover spray to all stains and put Baby Oxi Clean powder with Charlie's Soap in my wash. Works everytime.
