Best tights and socks

We are looking for white tights and white socks to go with DD1's uniform. Any ideas on the best options. Cost is important as well.

I like H&Ms tights for little girls

Gold toe makes nice white girls socks that fold down one time over and they wear like steel. I get them at kohls.

Old navy $1 white socks bc u are going to have dirty white socks no matter what u do so they hold up and r cheap.

I like hanna and gymbo's tights bc they hold up well (sales r good)

Hanna Andersson cotton tights are fantastic - comfy and last well. I have the women's version for me! Usually order by phone from the outlets for between $5-15 a pair. Boden tights are marvelous but very printed and funky!

Socks - we usually just buy TCP triple roll socks when they run their free ship and percent off sales.
