It is more of an antique grayish gold, not as bright as pictured.

I love this necklace in the shiny silver http://sites.liasophia.com/sites/corporate/productcatalog?page=productgroup&productGroupId=1000949&showCrumbs=true but TBH it prickles my neck when I wear it. Either the chain is scratchy or the links holding the disk on are not closed nicely. It looks great on but by the end of the day I'm annoyed with it.
