I'm looking super ugly all of a sudden!

Tuesday I hit my 3rd trimester. All of a sudden, I have dark circles around my eyes and they seem sunken while my cheeks are puffy. I feel fantastic TBH, although the swelling has started. Can this be a sign that something is wrong? I have an appointment in 2 days. My GTT is normal and my BP has always been super low. Again, I FEEL great but look really bad. Is this just part of the fun of being pregnant?

I don't know about this, but my gut would tell me that if you feel great, you probably are just fine. I wouldn't panic, but I would mention it at your next appointment.

Maybe you slept on your face, didn't remove all of your mascara, ate too much salt the day before, or didn't get as many REM sleep cycles last night. All of those seem like logical explanations, as there shouldn't be anything about pregnancy that would cause either of those in absence of actual high BP (although not the dark circles under the eyes).
