FYI - Lawsuit claimed product was advertised as natural when it actually contained a ingredient to retain color.

You are included if you purchased products between December 6 2007 and July 10 2013.

I can't tell you how many of these products I bought over the years. You can claim up to 10 for cash or vouchers.

How do you prove you purchased them?

I just looked up the suit, and I'm not in it. We've only ever bought the sweet potato fries with salt, and those are not included. Thanks for posting this, though. It's important to hold companies accountable to be honest about their products!

How do you prove you purchased them?

You don't have to. But you are saying you did when you file the claim. I know that I have purchased more than 10, but 10 is the max! I used to buy a bag of the waffle fries once a week.

Thanks for posting. I saw this in People Mag and totally forgot about it. We've bought the waffle fries, I would have to say 10 times over the 5 year period!
