We had a BBQ on Sat. While the guests were here and we were cooking, I panicked that we wouldn't have enough so threw together a 5 Bean Salad (4 cans beans, 1lb fresh green beans, salad dressing, fresh cilantro). Shockingly, basically NO ONE ate it. This is usually a huge hit, and there were 4 or 5 vegetarians here so I figured it was an easy go-to!

So now I'm left with this giant container of bean salad (probably 10 cups) that there's no way I can finish on my own. DDs won't touch it and DH only thinks it's OK.

The PTA luncheon for the teachers is tomorrow, they need another salad.... can I bring that?

I'm leaning toward no but I hate to waste it all! WDYT?

If it still looks fresh, yes. If it looks leftover, no. Think of it as you made a double batch. ;)

If its still okay--tastes fine, looks fine, won't make anyone sick (obviously!) I think it's fine to bring. I'd transfer it to a clean serving bowl. I hope more people enjoy it.

I would, with the conditions PP's have mentioned.

I would take it as long as it still tastes okay.
