Elmo Calls and Cookie Calls are both my DS FAVORITE. Got us through a 1 hour allergy appointment with prick testing. So worth it! The basic (and currently free) version is very good, but know that you can download additional calls for $.

We also love Count TV, The Monster at the end, the ANOTHER monster at the end.
