I'm in charge of designing/ordering t-shirts for a fun run. Tips or suggestions?

Our family does a Thanksgiving Turkey Trot (5K). I'm in charge of designing and ordering the t-shirts this year. There will probably be 20 t-shirts ordered. Any suggestions on where to order these from? An online store is fine. How do go about designing a t-shirt? Do I use Power Point? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I designed tshirts on Zazzle.com. They have basic designs and you could change out the text/personalize them. Plus pick your tshirt style/color. I had tried to make my own from scratch and it was a huge fail so this was the perfect solution and I really like how they came out.

I would guess you could upload an image if you have something specific you want to use. I think they offer discounts/coupons, too.
