We have Verizon, and I had them for about 15 years now (First as Bell Atlantic Mobile, which my mom had, and I went on her plan). DH originally had ATT until we got together. :)

I have Sprint. Despite its unlimited service, I don't recommend it. :rotflmao: DH has AT&T, and I feel like my phone in general downloads slower than his does. My bill is also about $25 cheaper a month than his, so there's that.

NTelos. It isn't great. A little less expensive but not so stellar service.

We have had Verizon since they have the broadest coverage in our area (aka middle of nowhere).

We have Verizon and have had it since I got my first cell.

It has the best coverage in our area as well as areas where we travel.

I also get a corporate discount on our basic voice service, so we save a little bit with that.

Sprint for 10 years. I have an old, grandfathered SERO plan with them that I will never let go. We travel quite a bit and the service can be spotty in some more rural areas, but it doesn't bother me enough to drop them. It's $50.00 a month for 500 minutes and unlimited data and text.

We've had sprint since like 2000. I've tried virgin as well for a couple of yrs, but when we got smartphones, I got back onto sprint again. Sprint is ok in our area. It can be spotty in the more rural areas. I think that verizon has the best coverage, AT&T is awful in our area, basically almost impossible to get signal. If we move, we will probably have to switch to verizon.

We have US Cellular and they are the only provide DH and I have ever had. I think DH got his first cell phone in 2001 and I got mine in 2002 or 2003. We also have an old grandfathered plan that includes a lot of perks most other providers don't offer.

The only place I get really spotty coverage is inside my house. It is the strangest thing...but people with all different providers have difficulty getting coverage in our house, so I think it is the house location more that the provider.

Straight Talk for about 6 months now.

Before that, I had Virgin since 2001, I think.

DH had Verizon before we switched. Since ST runs on the same network as Verizon at our house, we decided it was crazy to not switch over.

We are with ATT. Been with them since I was with Bell South in Indy which then became Cingular and then ATT. My rate plan is so old that I can't afford to switch to any other provider. I play $30 for like 500 rollover minutes plus free nights/weekends. We have so many rollover minutes that they just expire each month. But the cheapest rate plan now is like $50.

I have had Virgin Mobile since last June. i have been pretty happy with the coverage, and I can't comment on the data speed because it is the only smartphone I have ever had. I bought a $100 smart phone, and after a year I want to throw the thing out the window. I understand why everyone gets iPhones. It freezes up constantly, restarts itself... No matter how many apps I take off and how much clearing out I do... So it kind of takes away from the cheapness of the plan ($35/month for 300 minutes and unlimited text and data).

Prior to that I had Verizon for 7 years. I switched because when we moved to our new house, we had little to no coverage. Virgin has great coverage here.
