We aren't coffee drinkers so I don't need the fancy model. The boys and I will probably use it for tea and hot chocolate. I'm mostly buying it for when we have company. I need to buy tomorrow because we have coffee drinkers coming to visit this weekend. Where should I look? My first thoughts were maybe: Costco or Bed Bath and Beyond? TIA

This is the one I have and it's fine. I got it for $100 online at Kohls on Black Friday, so this is a decent price, especially if you have a 20% off coupon. Looks like at kohls it's $150, and they have 20% off coupons right now, so would come out the same as regular price at Bed Bath and Beyond. Online Costco only shows one model and it's $150. So, from what I can see, BB&B looks like the best bet.

Yesterday I spotted a Keurig Mini at Target for $30 on clearance. 70% off. There were about 5 in my store. Only difference is you have to fill it with water for each cup. Personally I am OK with that I would prefer fresh water.

Here's the model. It was blue.

Come to my city in N.C. Keurig has been giving away machines for the last month in parks and other public places. Crazy!

My city too. I've heard the wait is very long though.

Yeah, I think the first couple of events weren't all that well publicized, but since then, folks have been getting there at 6 a.m. and they don't start handing out until 10 a.m. And now several of my friends say they have gotten vouchers in the mail to redeem for free machines. We think they are trying to ward off some class-action suit or something. LOL

I think they are using the cheap/free printer business model. They get you hooked know the machine so they can profit on the refills.
