I bought a pair of the "long" ones last year and I don't like them :( For one, I don't like the "shine" factor, and I hate the band of color on the top. I want something really basic. Non-shiny material and plain black.

I will check Target though. Maybe!

look again. They might have the colored band at the top but they aren't shiny.

I ordered both the Lucy Hatha capris and Perfect Core leggings. I didn't like the length of the Hathas unfortunately (too short), but I really like the Perfect Core Leggings, so I'll be keeping those!

I was just at JC Penney on Sunday and they have loose fit capris that are not tight at the knee or calf. The labels show an outline of the pants hanging loose from the body. The tight ones clearly look tight and I think are all labeled compression capris.
