Formal Birthday Dress for a 1 year old girl

Hello,

I am looking for a pretty formal dress for my one year old girl which she can wear at her birthday. The event will a large one with (100+) people invited. I loved the dresses on J. Crew, however all of them had starting sizes for 2 year olds and the baby dresses were not that formal / partyish.

Can anyone recommend another place to buy J. Crew style similar dresses?

Just bought my little girl a beautiful dress from Pixie Lily. 3 actually. :) Love their clothing. Bella Bliss also has beautiful dresses. Love Kayce Hughes as well for dresses.
