I'm looking for a black ballet flat that is comfortable, stylish but not cutesy and affordable :) I love the Tory Burch Revas but those aren't in the budget right now :) Any recommendations? I plan to wear them with jeans and Bettona pants.

I just got these and they are really comfortable. Everything hurts my feet but these don't. They're not that cute but they're ok.

I have a hard time finding flats that are actually comfortable, but I have found Anne Klein Buttons flats to be very wearable! They're not my favorite in terms of style, but they're really not bad and come in sooo many different colors and patterns. I bought my first pair at Marshalls last year and once I realized how much I liked them, I ordered 3 more pairs in different colors- I got them all for really cheap (under $40 I think?) on 6pm.com

:yeahthat: I usually have a problem with ballet flats and comfort. But I even wear these on my day off! They're really comfy! I really wanted to like the Cole Haans, but they felt cramped in the toe. The Lucky Brand version was okay, but the round heel feel awkward and uncomfortable.

I was thinking about trying these Yosi Samra ballet flats. The elastic at the top looks like it would be comfortable, and they have lots of cute colors and patterns, along with basic black.

I found them online after seeing someone wearing a pair (I think) and searching for ballet flats with elastic. I think their girls' shoes are adorable. I was killing time looking at Suri's Burn Book yesterday (don't judge me!) and noticed Sarah Jessica Parker's girls wearing some.

Just coming back to this thread to make a recommendation because the ballet flats I ordered came yesterday, and I love them. I got these Kenneth Cole flats http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00A7LLGLY/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They are perfect for my feet because I have a narrow heel and a wide ball of my foot. Love them so far. Really comfortable.

I have 2 pairs of Tory Burch flats that I love but they kill my feet. My friend recently raved about these flats at payless so I thought for $20 I would give them a try. They are seriously the most comfortable flats I have ever worn and I have problem feet. The other thing I love is that for the price I can buy a new pair every few months if they get yucky.

As an update, I ordered the Cole Haan Air Bacaras mentioned up thread and a pair of Tory Burch ballet flats that went on sale. They haven't arrived yet, and they are a little over what I was hoping to spend, but am hoping one of them will be comfortable and basic enough to get a good amount of wear out of. Will update when they arrive :)

Thanks for recommending these! I bought 2 pairs - the black and the leopard - for $30 total. The cashier had 30% off coupon I was able to use. I thought they were comfortable and was impressed they stayed on my feet so well! I seem to "walk out" of a lot of flats. I don't wear flats a ton so I think these will work just fine.

They come in a five!!! Just ordered them. I, too, have a narrow heel and wider ball area. Fingers crossed...

I've worn these around the house for a few days to see how they feel and really like them. If only this thread hadn't collided with the socks with flats thread and a sudden 20 degree drop in temperature.... These may be my spring shoes if I keep them.

I also ordered these (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006UE0IY8/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B006UE0IY8&linkCode=as2&tag=barkincom0a-20) based on this post (http://www.barkingdogshoes.com/newshoe/2013/10/anyi-lu-shirlee-vs-vaneli-matro.html)and they're comfy as well. They aren't ballet flats but from the front they look kinda like it if you're wearing a bootcut pant that covers the straps. My only concern is how well the suede will hold up because sand and salt exposure seems inevitable for shoes in my area.

I then stumbled onto these and they're like a ballet with a wedge, also seem comfy but haven't worn them out of the house yet. http://www.zappos.com/anne-klein-dax-leopard

Decisions, decisions. I have fussy, slightly wide feet so it's really rare to have to choose between three pairs of shoes that fit at once!
