After years of decluttering..

My house is finally to the point where I've decluttered a lot, almost everything has a place and it's usually fairly neat! I never thought this day would come :bouncy:

I'm glad you posted. I'm in the midst of decluttering, and sometimes I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel... hoping I can follow you're lead and get to a neat spot myself. Congrats!

Our junk is so overwhelming that I don't ever know where to begin, so I am bowing down to you with the knowledge that it must've taken a lot of focused effort! Way to go! I'm sure you feel so much lighter!

wow! you are an inspiration! :) you'd think after doing two big consignment sales (to the tune of nearly 2k recouped) i would be in pretty good shape...but alas-- we have SO MUCH STUFF. i try to slowly chip away at it :) i need more rainy days i think!

GT, that's awesome! I feel like I am about halfway there to being totally organized. Kind of hopeful, yet depressing at the same time that it is such a long, drawn out process, but life gets in the way...

awesome! thanks for sharing...its encouraging to know the end is possible. i feel like i've been decluttering for years...but with the addition of 3 children and moving twice since then, it feels like 1 step forward and 2 back.
