I saw a single pair of Twinkle Toes on clearance at Marshall's yesterday.

I got a pair of Twinkle Toes from Amazon a couple weeks ago with an offer that appeared on my home page for 30% off my first purchase from the shoe store. YMMV, as it seems it appeared for some but not all.

Other option is to try to get them from Kohl's with a coupon / Kohl's Cash.

Check Nordstrom rack if you have one. I just bought a pair of light up stride rites for $15. Saw several twinkle toes.

I've seen them recently at Marshall's & Nordstrom Rack. Sometimes you can find them with an addidtional discount on piperlime or amazon. It seems that some sizes are much easier to find on sale.
