Anyone have a favorite sweatshirt to suggest? I need something for the mornings when it is around 40 degrees or so. Yes ya'll, I'm from Texas, so 40 is cold for me!

Costco has a cute 1/4 zip Kirkland pull over right now for $17. I've worn it running a couple times and I like that it is lightweight and layer-able. If you have the budget to spend more, Athleta's plushtec pullover is a dream! Lined in lightweight fleece, I can't wait for the temps to drop a bit to wear it more!

The pp's Athleta one sounds like my REI one. Inside, light fleece; outside, performance material. 40s though? I'd just wear a long sleeved wicking top. Anything else would leave me in a sweat puddle. Heck, at 45 I'm usually just in a t. :)

When it is low 40s/30s here (SoCal) I wear a lightweight fleece pullover. I have different ones, but one of them is http://www.landsend.com/products/womens-polartec-aircore-100-half-zip-pullover/id_242010 . LE also has a new Henley version, which seems nice. http://www.landsend.com/products/womens-polartec-100-henley/id_257401 Sometimes the extra layer is more for my initial walk before the run, than the actual run itself.

Mid 40s, I just wear a long-sleeved over my short sleeved. I always wear a short sleeved underneath because I usually get hot and take the top layer off and tie it around my waist.
