Yes, they just look it up under your account. Do you know if they have your name on file?

If you still have the tags on, it should not be a problem.

I did it once, but they would only give me a gift card for the amount I paid rather than put the money back on my card.

I'm sure if you bought it in a store or over the phone or online they will have your name. So you get catalogs? He'll give you a merchandise credit. I did that 2 days ago.

No. I asked them about returning an item after it had been washed but never worn. They said they would take it back if the item had tags on it. Otherwise, no. This was at a store so I don't know if it depended on the person I was asking or if that's a company policy. I'd try the company customer service.
