What age for Automoblox?

DD was invited to a classmate's birthday party tomorrow. I was digging through my gift closet & found a white Automoblox convertible that I bought during an Amazon sale. It's one of the big cars, not the minis. He's turning 7 years old. Is that too old? Just right? TIA!

Too old, my son abandoned the automoblox by age 4.

Hard to tell my son still loves his mini's and he is 5 but he never really cared for the big ones. I think they are only fun if you have more then one.
