UPDATE IN POST FOUR

We live in Northern CA. So it never gets really cold here. Dd is very resistant to sweaters and jackets. I'm wondering if there are any warm, cute tunics or shirts out there that might help keep her warmer? Sort of like a sweatshirt, I guess, or just really thick t-shirt material? She is three and a half but wearing size four or five on top, depending on brand

Thanks!
Catherine

What about a sweatshirt dress like this: http://www.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=67004&vid=1&pid=668488022

Cute, thanks! Wish they were cheaper, though the 35 percent off helps.

UPDATE

Just in case anyone else is looking for something similar, I ended up with two sweatshirt dresses from ON:

Inexpensive, cute and warm. They are not 100 percent cotton though, FYI. They also have added some fleece dresses to their website that I have not seen in person.

In case you're looking for more options, Carter's has a doorbuster deal for $8 tunics and 2-pack leggings.

Thanks! I snagged a few more things at various sales over the holiday weekend. They haven't come yet so I can't report. Mostly just tshirt type material I think, but hopefully not too thin. Dd has gotten a little better about jackets now that she realized she gets to hang it up at school if she wears one, lol.
