I would love to get both kids a tote bag for carrying library books as one of their Christmas gifts. They are 3 and 5 and we go to the library weekly. I would like to find something that had enough structure to stand up and be easy to fill at the library, then keep in their room for the week. I would love to find something I could monogram too.

Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!

My kids are exactly your kids' ages, and we also go to the library weekly (or sometimes more). :) What I've been using is a red Pottery Barn diaper bag that I bought probably back in 2008 or '09. It's nice because it has two big straps that are long enough to go over my shoulder comfortably, and I monogrammed the front pocket on the outside back when I used it as a diaper bag. It also has a couple of inner pockets, where I keep a little card holder & our library cards, and a zipper at the top, which is nice for the rare times we don't fill our bag to the top and can actually zip it closed!
