Problem with lands end jeans snaps?

I bought some of these a few months ago for dd1. The skinny fit pencil Legs with the reinforced knees. She's worn them about 5 times and the snaps aren't staying snapped- it's like they are not snapping in all the way- they were working for a couple wears but are definitely not now. They are loose around the waist so we did bunch up the elastic buttons on the inside to make the waist smaller but I don't think that would affect the snap. This is happening on both pairs I got her- so no just the one.

I'm so disappointed as I spent more money on these jeans as they got such rave reviews but they won't even stay snapped! Has this happened to anyone else??

That's a pain! Definitely give LE customer service a call. They will probably let you return them if you're disappointed in the pants.

They have fantastic customer service. You can also return to a Sears store if they carry Lands' End.
