Where to find a lacing board or shoes?

My mom wants to get a lacing board set for my DD2 for Christmas, but she hasn't been able to find one, any clues as to where she might be able to get one?

She is looking more for lacing cards (my siblings and I had some that were plastic) and saw a few on the Lakeshore site, but I think I will check the local education supply store as well.
