I always have had issues with dry lips, dry skin and eczema flare ups when the cold weather arrives. But this fall, I am having issues with dry scalp/dandruff as well, which is new.

Anyone have any suggestions to combat this? Supplements, shampoos? Thanks!

I have had this problem forever and much worse in the winter. I combat it with an apple cider vinegar rinse. My scalp gets very itchy too and ACV helps a ton!

When it is really bad I saturate my hair and scalp with ACV for an hour covered in a shower cap. Then co-wash usual. I do this for 4 nights in a row and it takes care of it for a while. As a maintenance I do it once a week for an hour.

ACV is great for the scalp and acts as a great clarifying rinse.

I use apple cider vinegar as well (usually I dilute it 1 part vinegar to 2 parts cool water) but to keep things under control, I do use LUSH "Soak & Float" shampoo bar: http://www.lushusa.com/Soak-and-Float/00101,en_US,pd.html#start=10

I've also used their "Snake Oil" scalp massage bar, but it's rough if your hair is thick or long - tough to get the melted cocoa butter into your scalp: http://www.lushusa.com/Snake-Oil-Scalp-Treatment-Bar/00027,en_US,pd.html#q=snake%2520oil&start=1

I'm considering switching over to SuperBalm instead: http://www.lushusa.com/Superbalm/03743,en_US,pd.html#q=superbalm&start=1

My scalp issues have gotten quite bad already, so I'm not really looking forward to winter!
