My DD is into Lego friends sets as well as creating her own structures. She likes to make something and then set it up with other built things and play with the figures on those creations. She likes to keep them up and keep the same play going for several days or weeks, adding on as she goes.
Her Legos are all currently in her room, but there isn't really a place to keep the built stuff (we have bins under her bed for the loose pieces, base plates and figures). The room is carpeted so the floor is not ideal for building. She is going to get more sets for Christmas so I am trying to figure out a solution. She has a big chair in her room (left over from when it was a nursery) that I am planning to move out, so I could use that corner for Lego stuff. But I'm not sure what to put there...some shelves, a small table?
How do your kids display/play with built Lego sets/ creations?
