His current one is on it's last leg and I'd love to get him a new one for Christmas. He travels weekly and needs one that would hold 3-4 suits , shirts, etc.
Any recommendations?

wow 3-4 suits is a LOT of suits for a trip (DH usually slums in 2 :)). DH has this one:

DH got one for $50 at Steinmart that is still in great shape a year later. It is thin and is a carrying mostly.

I haven't tried their garment bag specifcally, but we have been very happy with our TravelPro luggage (apparently a favorite brand of pilots and flight attendants).
