What necklace would you pair with this dress?

I got this to wear to a holiday party. It's one of those parties were people dress from business casual all the way up to cocktail dresses. I'm now trying to find a necklace to wear with it. Any ideas? I've been looking through pages of necklaces and just not finding anything that strikes me as a fit. Or would you even wear a necklace with it?

Agree or depending on your style med length pearls would work too I think.

I wouldn't wear a necklace with that dress - the neckline is too high. I'd wear a chunky gold bracelet and big gold earrings.
